This website, beyondpossible.co.za, is operated by BeyondPossible (Pty) Ltd, a South African company providing business coaching, leadership development and financial literacy training. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BeyondPossible (Pty) Ltd.

What personal information we collect
- Information you give us through our contact form or by email: your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message.
- Information you give us when booking a session through our online booking service: your name, contact details and preferred appointment time.
- Information shared during coaching engagements, which may include business and personal information you choose to disclose.
- Technical information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and schedule sessions.
- To deliver coaching and training services you have engaged us for.
- To invoice and keep the records required by law.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have agreed to receive it.
Confidentiality of coaching
Information shared in coaching sessions is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Where sessions are recorded or transcribed, this is done only with your agreement, and recordings are processed on systems under our control.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our business, including website hosting, email, online booking and accounting services. They process information only on our instructions and for the purposes above. Some of these providers may store data outside South Africa; where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection.
Cookies
This website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function, and may load fonts and content from third-party services that receive your IP address. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as required by law (for example, financial records).
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and where applicable the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing. To make a request, email david@beyondpossible.co.za.
