Most owners we work with are very good at what they do. The business is the hard part: the numbers, the people, the pipeline, and being the person every decision waits for. Business coaching gives you a structure for running the business, so it stops running you.
How we work
We follow the SA Business Coaches methodology, which looks at three areas together: the Business, the Other People in it, and you Personally. (The BOP framework is the work of SA Business Coaches.)
Inside the business we focus on the Core Four: Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance. Strategy sits above them. We review it regularly, not every week.
The PROFIT coaching model
Every engagement follows BeyondPossible’s own PROFIT model: Pause → Reveal → Osmose → Functionalise → Inspect → Track.
When we work on the numbers, we use the BaSiS Board, created by Peter Frampton and Mark Robilliard (The Joy of Accounting). It makes your financial statements make sense without an accounting background.

How it runs
Sessions are online, every week or every second week, over six or twelve months. You can be coached on your own or with your business partners.
Fees are agreed at your exploration session. They depend on what you need, how often we meet and how many people are being coached.
