We are happy to share a recent update and offering for clients through the introduction of our
option for Business growth, which makes use of our Business Wheel.
So what do we mean?
Every business has a core goal it wishes to achieve, and yes there are additional benefits provided to external parties. At its very core, a business needs to have customers who pay for what the business provides, thus generating revenue. The business incurs costs which are offset against this revenue, and ultimately the business makes a profit or loss.
This forms the basis of what we call Business Level 1 – and is part of the 4 month Small-Medium Business Coaching program.
If you have a business which has just started, or thinking about starting your own business, before anything else, this core must exist at the very minimum.
Moving out of the core, we encounter what we refer to as Business Level 2 and this is described as focusing on.
- How do I find customers? How do I get leads?
- Once I have the lead, how do I convert that lead into a paying client?
- How many and at what value are the transactions?
- The variable and fixed costs am I incurring?
- Do I know my breakeven?
- Are there other areas can I investment in for the business?
Our Business Level 2 is a longer term engagement of 7 months, allowing for more in-depth and complete changes as needed.
Finally, we have Business Level 3 – this is a full annual cycle of business of 14 months. Here the client will work through levels 1 and 2, but at level 3 we leverage specific nuances to increase the number of customers, further build the revenues, reduce the costs and ultimately increase the profits of the business.
In theory this is simple, and individuals have a number of options to achieve this, but I would encourage all to consider the use of a business coach, who uses the above processes, along with the methodologies and frameworks of their craft to ensure the best result for you and your business.
We are always happy to discuss this in more detail.
